Step 1
Discovery
We map the problem, the constraints and the people who will use the result. You get a written scope before anything is built.
What we do
We take work from discovery through to production and support. Each engagement starts with the problem, not with a technology choice.
01 — Service
Desktop and cross-platform applications engineered around your workflow — from internal tools to commercial products.
We build software that fits how your team actually works. That starts with understanding the process you already have, not handing you a template and asking you to adapt to it. Every build ships with documentation, a handover session and a support window.
02 — Service
Fast, accessible, maintainable websites and web applications built for real traffic and long-term growth.
From marketing sites to data-heavy applications, we build for the years after launch: clean data models, sensible caching, an admin panel your team can actually use, and no framework churn for its own sake.
03 — Service
Security reviews, hardening and monitoring for teams who would rather find the gap before somebody else does.
We assess systems the way an attacker would, then help you close what we find — with prioritised, practical remediation rather than a 90-page PDF nobody reads.
04 — Service
Educational technology and hands-on training for teams and individuals building their own engineering capability.
Softromeda Edu grew out of this practice: making computer science accessible in Uzbek, for free. We bring the same approach to private training, curriculum design and mentoring engagements.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same four stages, and ends with your team able to run what we built.
Step 1
We map the problem, the constraints and the people who will use the result. You get a written scope before anything is built.
Step 2
Data models, interfaces and architecture, reviewed with you. Decisions get written down and explained.
Step 3
Short cycles with working software at the end of each. You see progress rather than status reports.
Step 4
Deployment, documentation, a training session and a support window. No dependency on us by design.
Describe the problem in plain language. We will tell you what it would take — and say so if it is not work we should be doing.
